What does analytics reporting in advanced campaign set up do?

On the Vieworks platform under advanced campaign set up, there are two aspects seen below, analytics reporting and user data sharing.

Essentially these elements provides the user the ability to get scheduled reports on analytics or user data sent to them either:

  • Daily- Everyday
  • Weekly- First, 7th, 14th and 21st of every Month
  • Bi-weekly- First and fifth of every Month
  • Monthly- First of every Month

If you have selected daily reporting as an example, you will get your scheduled reports every morning at 9am.

Only users within your Vieworks database will be able to be selected as a recipient of analytics reporting, from a drop down selection seen below.

The analytics reports will be sent to you automatically from the Vieworks system and an example is pictured below, with a CSV. file attached.

When you open the CSV. or numbers file you can expect to see analytics as per the screen capture below.
