Platform plans for Q4
After a successful launch earlier in 2020 and over 100 customers using Vieworks solutions to build their company, we have now listened to our users and shaped a roadmap to deliver new features and updates over the coming months. These features include:
1. White label widget solution
You will be able to replace the "powered by Vieworks" on the footer of the widget and run your own link to your Company's privacy terms. This is available to advanced users. Simply add your Company Privacy Policy at the set up which will replace the powered by Vieworks to Privacy Policy which links out to your Company's Privacy Pages.
2. CNAME options to run player on your domain
This will allow further customization to convert Vieworks URLs to run on your own domains via editing the DNS.
3. Social Product with Autoplay
Now it is possible to promote the widget on platforms like Facebook and the widget plays automatically after clicking. Check out this link for more information.
4. New referral buttons
Addition of Linkedin, Whatsapp, and Viber to share functionality.
5. New languages
We will roll out support for new languages as our customers demand more localization.
6. Improvements on Analytics and Application Dashboard
Making onboarding improvements and general platform access improvements for our users
7. Improve widget design
Q1 2021
1. Integration to new player platforms
Input video links from popular video platforms including Facebook, Twitch, Streamable and Vidyard.
2. Google Certification
We will also be looking to complete a Google certification to run across Google's ad networks.
3. Video Sequencing
This will give users the ability to sequence videos through funnels, allowing users to select a series of videos to keep watching to unlock more stars. The more stars they unlock the better the perks.
4. JS Tag Implementation
We have had customers wanting to leverage our advertising opportunities. We will add a new publishing option to generate JS tags to run as rich media display across ad networks.
5. Additional customization
Change widget fonts and widget designs to suit your brand
