Country targeting simply means the countries that you want your video widget to be seen in. As an example, I am running a competition campaign and if I only want my viewers to see the widget in my target market of Singapore, then I will click on "Include" and "Singapore".
This means that someone in Thailand may still see my promotional video, but there will be no overlay widget on my promotional video, so they will not be aware that I am running a competition.
Similarly if you want campaign viewers worldwide, excluding France, then click on "Exclude" and "France", and viewers globally will see your promotional video with the widget overlay, except for viewers from France.
Our technology is able to identify where viewers are coming from according to their IP address.
